Moneyfacts Consumer Awards 2024: We’ve been shortlisted!

We are delighted to announce that Total Travel Protection has been shortlisted for the 2024 Moneyfacts Consumer Awards.
It’s a great achievement for us to be shortlisted by the researchers at Moneyfacts, as they rate products according to technical excellence. You can read more about their procedure at the end of this article.
Once the shortlist has been produced, members of the public are invited to rate the service they have received from the companies listed.

More about the Moneyfacts Awards
Every year the Moneyfacts research team analyses the market to produce a shortlist of the best providers in each sector based on technical excellence.
Using a strict set of criteria, they drill down into the small print of each provider’s product range to measure their technical strengths and weaknesses.
Only the companies that offer the best products go on to form the shortlist, which is why we are particularly proud that Total Travel Protection has made it in the travel insurance category.
Once the shortlist has been published Moneyfacts invites members of the public to rate the service they have received from the organisations that made the list. Last year almost 200,000 people took part in the survey.
